ScriptFactory

The ScriptFactory is the class which is responsible to create scripts from the scripts text content specified in the XUL files.

By default the framework propose a default factory, but you can specify your own.

Overview

• The ScriptFactory is the entry point to the script creation
• Depending on the total number of scripts in the XULDocument, the script file, and its MIME type, the ScriptFactory delegates the creation of the ScriptWrapper to the appropriate ScriptLanguageFactory
• Then the ScriptFactory creates the script object

Default script factory

The default script factory is able to create scripts in any language which implement an empty tagging interface called ScriptTag (which means that the scripts have no limitation for their signature).

Customizing the script factory

It is possible to use your own script factory rather than the default by using the following method in the ScriptManager:
